How To Make An Order

       Making a purchase could not be easier please use this page to send us all the info we need to give you a total cost for the model or models you want made.

When you have given us all the info we need to give you a total cost ie, aircraft, scale livery etc, we will email or fax you a production order with all the details, costs and Production time for you to check.

For work to start on an order from non-account customers we will need a 50% deposit and remainder on completion or payment in full for work to start.

All our items are insured therefore we offer a full refund service. We refund/replace damaged items If item is lost we will know from our Carriers, again we will offer a full refund. we also offer a full money back guarantee with in 14 days if your not 100% happy with your order.

When an order is complete we aim to deliver within working 7 days. We will contact you immediately if there is a problem to arrange an alternative date or a full refund. All items shipped
